Terms of Service
This is a legal contract containing important agreements between all Users and Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com. Please read the entire document carefully. The agreements you make include but are not limited to your agreement to the following:
- LIMITATIONS ON OUR LIABILITY.
- RESOLVE ALL CLAIMS BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN TEXAS.
- WAIVER OF ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE CLASS ACTIONS AGAINST US.
- NOT TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST US FOR DISPUTES YOU HAVE WITH THIRD PARTIES WITH WHOM YOU ENTER INTO DIRECT AGREEMENTS AS YOU USE THIS SITE
AGREEMENT TO REIMBURSE US FOR DAMAGES THAT YOU CAUSE TO US AND OTHERS DUE TO YOUR VIOLATIONS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT.
PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND DO NOT ENTER THIS SITE OR USE THIS SITE UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU ENTER OR USE THIS SITE, THE TERMS HEREIN BECOME BINDING ON YOU WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE READ THEM.
- I am 21 years of age or older.
- I understand that Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com DOES NOT certify, investigate, or in any way guarantee the legal capacity of any party to transact.
- I am responsible for obeying all applicable enforcement mechanisms, including, but not limited to federal, state, municipal, and tribal statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and judicial decisions, all applicable Presidential Executive Orders, including compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.
- I acknowledge using Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com for any purpose contrary to any applicable federal, state, municipal or tribal laws, or regulations, constitutes using Armslist.com for an “illegal purpose.” I agree that I will not use Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com for any illegal purpose. I also acknowledge and agree that I am not authorized to access the website for any illegal purpose whatsoever and that doing so may constitute accessing a computer without authorization.
- If I am at all unsure about firearm sales or transfers, I will contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosive at 1-800-ATF-GUNS and visit the ATF website at http://www.atf.gov.
- I will help to ensure the overall openness and accessibility of the site to all users through a peer-review process.
- Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com may edit or remove information, including listings, from the site without notice.
- If I violate these terms, Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com may permanently remove me from the site or, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, avail itself of such remedies as are prescribed by law. Whilst Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com ABSOLUTELY BELIEVES AND CHAMPIONS “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,” Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com will comply with federal, state, municipal, and tribal law enforcement entities pursuant to the Constitution of the United States and Due Process of Law.
I agree to abide by the spam and listing policies. I may only have one account and may only list an item once, in the correct category, and in my physical location. - I take responsibility for my actions whilst using Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com I also take responsibility for any and all of my actions related to, or resulting from, my use of Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com. Further, I am solely responsible for any and all consequences of such my actions. Collecting data from Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com and re-publishing it without express written permission from Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com is strictly prohibited.
- I indemnify and hold harmless Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com and all of its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents for any and all loss, harm, damage, costs, liability, and expense caused to them, whether intentionally or unintentionally, by my use of Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com, including but not limited to direct or indirect results of violations of any and all applicable laws.
Gun Geeks, LLC and or GunGeeks.com may make changes to these terms at any time without notifying me. As a user, I am solely responsible for reading the most current version of the terms and conditions.
